Aimee Conlee is a contemplative healing artist and savvy business consultant with a mind and heart for handmade artisan products.
Her work for the last decade has included building and scaling a natural, farm-based body care and artisan food product wholesale business. Starting with a handful of items to a full line with international distribution, she’s worked closely with the owner and family to create a memorable and authentic product experience. As part of the initial team, Aimee helped with all aspects of a dynamic business, which now includes 50 guest suites, a James Beard-nominated restaurant, special events and on-site retail.
In the same decade, she and her husband Ric built Sol Harvest, a 5-acre farm growing vegetables, herbs and flowers. Ric grew the food and managed distribution to restaurants, farmers markets, and a CSA. Aimee prepared flower arrangements for restaurants, weddings and special events and also managed the brand and culture of the farm. Together they created a successful apprenticeship program and worked closely with many community organizations for volunteer work at the farm.
Intentional hospitality is in her bones. Aimee’s family created and ran several successful boutique hospitality resorts in Texas. Her father created a specialty food product line, based on the family’s secret BBQ sauce recipe. She grew up at trade shows and on the production floor.
Storytelling and sales are part of her makeup – coupled with an international business degree and formal training in wellness and meditation. Aimee is an intentional brand builder with experience in strategic and thoughtful communications.
